Who We Are
Founded in 2022, Agothecary blossomed from a beaten up old trunk and an old cabinet, restored over months with creative passion to house a handmade curiosity collection, herbs and far “too many” decks of Tarot. Emersed in bringing the forgotten beauty of these treasures to life, memory and a sense of centre and past passions returned. Agothecary arose from the sweat and sawdust, blending magic, art, the Green World & the Old Ways, and the quiet magic hidden in everyday life.
Tucked between the folds of the ordinary and the otherworldly, Agothecary is a blend of esoteric emporium and cabinet of curiosities for the magically inclined and the botanically bewitched.
We specialize in green/plant magic, hedge-craft, divination, enchanted wares, and wild-wrought wisdom. Hand Crafted Magic, set with intention and a pinch of whimsy and if it is not handmade, be sure each item is curated with thought and care to serve the collective and coven. Ethically sourced or foraged and recycled materials are a key to our work and each creation is made to honour the land, the craft, and the seekers who wander between bloom and shadow.
We believe in simple ideas, strong relationships, and lasting impact. What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead.
